Mozilla Web Development Guide - A resource from Mozilla for all your web development needs. To my knowledge, it's the easiest to read and best laid out site with information on HTML, CSS, JS, and so on. In particular, the page titled "Use HTML to solve common problems" is quite useful for a simple site like the one you're reading.
Vim documentation: help The vim main help file, in HTML form. It might be a little easier to navigate when you are learning vim as a new user.
